We are looking for an experienced Accountant assistant in full-time (38,5h). We are BeeVital, a globally leading bio-tech company for bee health in Austria. We offer our customers, the beekeepers, solutions for successfully maintaining the health of their bees. The support of nearnatural beekeeping and agriculture, our environment and food safety are cornerstones of our philosophy and strategy.
Work tasks:
Administrative and organizational support in the area of finance and accounting
From office, incoming mail and document management to account maintenance
Creation and processing of data and information
Preparation and processing of coordination work and ongoing evaluations
Active support with ongoing bookkeeping and the preparation of the annual financial statements
Participation in the team and projects, as well as follow-up and deadline monitoring
Incoming invoices: control of invoice characteristics
Creation of outgoing invoices in coordination with the sales team
Control of incoming payments and preparation of outgoing payments
Ledgerless accounting
Required skills:

You have in-depth knowledge of the MS Office programs Word and Excel
You like working with numbers and are very precise
Completed commercial education and practice an advantage
